Powertrain Strategic Development Department is responsible to lead the transition from conventional powertrains to hydrogen based propulsion technologies.

We are now recruiting a Lead Project Manager for Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Electric Propulsion Solutions


As a Lead Project manager you will manage the cross functional development of the complete propulsion solutions with customer satisfaction as the key performance measurement.


You will lead from the early concept phase to industrialization and market launch engaging a cross functional team and network of stakeholders cross Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Aftermarket and Sales.


In this role you will be a key player taking the hydrogen powered fuel cell electric vehicle into customer pilots and series production.

You have a solid experience as cross-functional leader of technology development with significant business impact. You are known for your collaborative and results oriented approach.


You are an authentic leader with a holistic view and ability to communicate and lead complex deliveries with speed.


You use your skills in all the project management expertise areas such as mastering the planning, tailoring, dependencies, scope, cost, risks, quality, and performance.


You have a business mindset, ability to prioritize, and focus on key areas to secure maximum customer value in a fast-changing environment.


Your profile and skills:
Extensive project management experience and/or line management
Excellent communication in English, verbally and in writing
Experienced in automotive industry
Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent
Project Management and/or Agile certification is a merit
Strong drive with ability to contribute to create a high performing working culture
