Lead Project Planner

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Lead project planner to join our stellar team in Stockholm.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
We are now looking for a Lead Project Planner with several years of experience in project planning in complex EPC projects and good knowledge of market leading planning tools. As a Lead Project Planner you will lead the planning team and work on developing new time schedules and maintain current ones in Primavera P6.
You would work closely with internal and external parties to ensure schedules are delivered with quality. This integrated planning is constituted of the key parts from all the detailed plans of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Automation & Process equipment; (Long lead equipment); Commissioning and ramp-up through to start of Operations.
You will be working closely with the construction, process and commissioning teams and their stakeholders to design and implement a plan - both in terms of time and quality. The environment has very high demands on flexibility and strategic thinking. In general you have a long experience in EPC projects and are able to lead and influence contractors to achieve Northvolt goals. You have been driving large, innovative and challenging projects with very high demand on accuracy and scale.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, manage and maintain the overall integrated time plan for Northvolt.
Develop the necessary tools for progress measurement and reporting.
Lead the planning team to perform planning tasks
Produce necessary monthly, bi weekly and weekly reporting to monitor progress of Northvolt Ett projects.
Run and manage scheduling coordination, both internally as well as externally with vendors.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have:
A degree in Engineering/MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
8+ years working experience in project planning/management in complex EPC projects
Very good knowledge of Primavera P6
Commitment to traveler to Skellefteå on a regular basis to perform on-site tasks
Ability to lead, influence and train contractors
Good knowledge in power BI
Curious, technically educated and with a strong business background
Great English written and oral skills
