As Lead Resource Manager you work closely with the Assurance Management team for the Business Unit. You are part of the Resource Management Team and work closely with your Lead Resource Management colleagues for the other regions and the Resource Managers in your team. Your primary goal is to develop a modern way of working with Resource Management from both a strategic and tactical perspective.


You will be a contributor to the implementation of our strategy aiming for modern and efficient Resource Management processes. The aim of this role is to ensure relevant team structures in our Customer Assurance Projects from a client/ people/ firm perspective. We are looking for you who are service minded, responsible and committed. We offer a dynamic work environment and a high team spirit.
You will be placed in Stockholm and be responsible for workforce planning at our offices in Kista, Torsgatan, Täby, Sickla and Uppsala.


Responsibilities 
As a Lead Resource Manager within our Resource Management team, you’ll work as part of our assurance department helping our colleagues to solve our clients complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the Resource Management Team in Stockholm. 
Monitoring and analyzing resource demand and supply.
Annual planning and review of needs and capacity in close collaboration with the Resource Management team, Business Unit and HR.
Actively participate and drive the modernization of the auditing business ́s delivery from a Resource Management perspective.  
Forecasting incoming project demand and competencies required.
Manage incoming resource requests and monitoring project assignments. 
Constantly monitor and analyze the resource situation and identify gaps.

Preferred skills
Ability to analyze information and KPI:s related to Resource Management.
Coordination related to administrative tasks.
Experience of working as a resource manager / workforce planner. 
A minimum degree at upper secondary school level. 
Good skills in Excel and preferably experience from other Resource Management Tools.
Fluent in Swedish verbally as well as in writing.
Able to travel to offices in region Norra when necessary. 
Experience of coaching team members.
