Lead Sales Operations, Customer Service Value Team

We are looking for a driven Lead Sales Operations to join our Customer Service Value Team. We are a part of Customer Service & OTS department within Consumer Division.

Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you will do

As Lead Sales Operations you will work with our sales and savedesk. You will be present at our Partner’s sites in Norrköping and Kalmar 3-4 days a week to support and create optimal conditions for our Partners to develop the sales and savedesk areas.

You continuously develop way of work to make sure that we are maximizing sales opportunities and decreasing churn in Customer Service. You ensure that Sales & save is done with high quality and always from the customer need’s perspective. You challenge the way things are done and work closely with internal departments to give Customer Service optimal conditions to create best in class sales culture.  

You will be part of Customer Service Value Team that is responsible for the sales and save desk performance of our Customer Service partners.

You work closely with our Customer Service Partners to make sure that they have the conditions and activities in place to reach Telenor’s targets within your area.

Your key responsibilities
* Help us create excellent sales results and customer experience through high presence on our partners sites.
* Work, Develop and Maintain a best-in-class sales quality in our customer service sales.
* Results and development of Value Added Services sales - Implement and drive a structured and continuous way of work with our Value-Added Service products between Telenor and Partners.

Who you are

As a person, you are structured, analytical and passionate about Sales. You have previous experience with Customer Service or similar Sales channels. Your work is characterized by a data-driven approach in combination with an ability to see connections and understand the overall impact and needs in Customer Service. As we work in a challenging environment with a high tempo, you need to be a flexible and unpretentious team player with a positive attitude.

Your experiences
* Proven leadership skills in customer service sales, or similar sales channels.
* Successful track record in stakeholder management. Experience in working with change management.
