About the role
In the role as a Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant you will be a key member of the Delivery organization in Sweden. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, you will provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, and also assist in key functions involving client and staff development, training, and ongoing client support. The role is customer-oriented as well as technical. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working close to the customer. You will work in an agile environment based on working in cross-functional teams. The working environment puts the individual in the center and provides the opportunity to be involved and influence the direction of the team’s future. In the role as Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant you will:
- Working as a technical lead in complex implementation projects and Salesforce environments
- Give guidance on approach, design and technical solutions.
- Understand customer needs and be responsible for developing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Work closely with sales in a customer-oriented role.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals
- Provide advice on Salesforce best practices and approaches
- Comprehend client requirements and deliver the business solutions
- Propose new ideas for the customers
- Crete and performce customer and soultion presentation
- Share knowledge and coach other consultants
Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge in developing Salesforce customizations, integrations, developing and executing data migrations
- A few years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
- Working experience in implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
- Experience with reviewing design elements and overall technical design.
- Skills in development languages (such as HTML, C#, JavaScript or similar other technologies)
- Proven track record in activities related to sales
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce core clouds and/or multi-clouds.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications
- Good general CRM knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
Meritorious
- Salesforce certification Advanced Administrator and Developer II
- Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions
- Good knowledge of Swedish or German

Being structured and accurate comes naturally to you and you have a good ability and willingness to create an understanding of the business' needs and requirements. So you like to inform, train and coach both employees and customers. We also believe that you are an ambassador for Salesforce who loves everything that has to do with Salesforce.
