The Journey you will lead 

This is a group manager position where we aim to move the group from a traditional setup to a versatile, responsive, and proactive setup. Explore new ways of working enabling efficiency. With the help of automation, we respond quickly to new demands. 

How? – By coaching team members in a changing environment, help out with priorities and managing and balancing the tension of everything we want to do and achieve so that the group is perceived as a true enabler. You inspire business initiatives by sharing success stories and you are engaged in strategic initiatives to develop the Network team into a global center of excellence. 



You are a servant leader  

Truly passionate about people and your leadership style enables you to create psychological safety in teams, and you get respect and trust from people around you. You are great at leading and driving change and you have courage to take tough dialogs and decisions and take full accountability. You see and can explain the true value of working agile. You also have the following: 


• University degree within IT, tech, etc, or equivalent working experience. 
• At least 2 years experience as a manager  
• Experience in change management 
• Fluent English skills 
• Basic Swedish skills
• Highly meriting: experience from the Network area
