LEAD SERVICE METHOD - Stockholm / Remote

Description of the Assignment
Ensure a documented method with various steps / steps for defining, packaging, analyzing, modulating, describing, and documenting IT services. The method must provide assistance to coaches and facilitators who collaborate with business and IT employees to package, modulate, and describe IT services.
Competency prerequisites
You must be able to:
Run a group and help people achieve their goals in a variety of settings.
Document the method in a pedagogical manner (Confluence, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) so that it is useful to the target group.
Create training materials and train method users/ambassadors.
Use 1-3 pilot services to test and improve the method.
If you have experience defining, packaging, analyzing, modulating, describing, and documenting IT services, that is a plus.
You're at ease communicating in English.
You are practical, driven, and well-structured.
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: Stockholm / Remote
