Vanadis Diagnostics is a startup that develops a breakthrough CE-IVD system for advanced genetic diagnostics that will enable streamlined effective analyses for a range of novel applications. We are now looking for an outstanding lead software developer for our product development team

Arbetsuppgifter

As Software lead you will be responsible for developing software components for data processing, information management, and user interface functions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, documentation, verification, and integration of software components.
• Assemble and lead a team with internal and external resources.
• Plan and execute development work to meet project timelines.


Utbildning/erfarenhet

Ideally the candidate has developed software for CE-IVD regulated products and has a strong background in software product development. The right candidate has strong programming skills and a deep interest in developing robust novel products

Must haves
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or computer science
• Excellent programming skills in java and C++
• 5+ or more years experience of leading software teams

Merits
• Experience of software development for regulated products (medical devices / IVD systems), familiar with IEC 62304
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience from international companies
• Experience from both large and small/medium size companies
• Understanding of diagnostic product requirements, development and manufacturing


In addition you will need to be goal and result oriented and a team player. You are friendly, positive, and fun to work with. You have exceptional analytic and decision-making skills and you enjoy actively participating in day to day operations and enjoy working in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
