About the role: 

To one of our three development teams, we are now looking for a Lead Software Engineer. The team consists of Developers, QA, and another Lead Software Engineer. Here you will work agile together with your Lead colleague. It will further involve guiding, mentoring, and structuring the daily work tasks. You will also sync and plan both current and future projects.

What you will do: 

- You will lead the daily work and plan and execute daily standups.
- You will coach the team in path choices and share your knowledge.
- Write understandable and testable code.
- You will be involved in the entire process, from attending requirement meetings with the customers to development, deployment on Azure, and product delivery. 
- You will also get the chance to be involved in the decision-making regarding tools and get the chance to implement your ideas.



Who you are: 

- 4-5 years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
- Experience in Java.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal. 
- It is a merit to have experience in MySQL, React, and Azure.
