As digitalization is a highly prioritized area for us, we’re now looking for a Lead Solution Architect to focus on our ERP system M3. About the job
The M3 delivery team of Seco IT is responsible for the design, development, and support of the Seco tools ERP system which is in the last stages of a full global roll out. The team works closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and then manages a range of initiatives to meet those needs.
In this position you are responsible for ensuring that a coherent technical strategy and architecture is managed across Seco globally. You provide focused M3 architecture, system expertise and overall system/application governance. You also ensure that dependencies and relationships for involved integrations are understood, maintained and communicated, both to overall stakeholders, including the end user community.

Other tasks include:
Responsibility for securing the documentation the full M3 architecture with integrations, both technical and business processes.
With a clear user experience focus and an understanding of customer value drivers, you ensure that development, maintenance, and support of the system is carried out according to established system software engineering policies, standards and procedures, as well as our architectural guiding principles.
Support the business units with finding solutions for continuous process improvement demands.

The location for this position is flexible and you can be based close (globally) to Seco offices. You report to the M3 manager, who is responsible for the entire M3 delivery. International travel will be part of this role.

Your profile
To be successful in this role, you have several years of hands-on experience from spearheading M3 architecture in a large international organization. You have a good business understanding and preferably have relevant certifications and experience of agile ways of working. It’s advantageous if you have experience from a project manager or team leader role. Your experience is backed by a relevant university degree or comparable knowledge gained through previous work. As we’re a global organization, you need good written and verbal English skills, while other languages are a plus.
Having strong and concrete communication skills, you enjoy sharing knowledge with internal and external stakeholders in an inspiring way. You're self-motivated, driven and focused on delivery. Overall, you challenge us to think one step ahead, always with consistency and quality in mind.
