We are a team of eight solution architects that are responsible to define and recommend the best solution architecture for IT solutions to catalyze Scania’s transformation towards electrification, business expansion and modern technology landscape.

Your mission
• lead the Production domain by keeping an overview of all the current & future business needs, which includes strategic initiatives such as e-mobility, Scania production in China, etc
• create and maintain architectural baseline for your domain
• lead the other solution architects, technical architects/leads and non-technical stakeholders in your domain to ensure that your team recommends best-fit IT solutions
• lead the evolution & implementation of reference architecture within the department - assess the feasibility of new technologies, understand the current system landscape and current organisational maturity
• support business investment decisions by taking an advisory role in strategic planning with the management
• co-own the architectural forum and drive the architectural journey within the department
Who you are
You are experienced in driving technical and/or organizational change of significant complexity as a part of a digital transformation journey in agile organisations. In addition to being pragmatic and positive, we believe you have:
• a good understanding of IT infrastructure
• a good understanding of industry standards such as ISA-95 and MESA
• are a technology evangelist and someone who advocates Industry 4.0 concepts wherever feasible
• have excellent communication and presentation skills
We believe you are a natural in networking & collaboration and you value sharing information & competence with other architect roles within the organization. You are someone who sees the bigger picture and has a positive attitude towards change management. Most importantly, we believe you love being in a team and solving problems together!
