Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer Disconnect Unit to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and take part in the electrical/mechanical design activities from concept to industrialization and deliver technical solutions
Establish DV and PV plan, with supplier
Communicate externally with suppliers, internally with various disciplines, along with logistics, manufacturing, and aftermarket
Be responsible for the component delivery time plan, change management, reporting to the Propulsion project team
Be responsible for corresponding SFMEA review
Be responsible for product release
Work with SQM to ensure proper quality standards of the BDU product.

What you bring:
M.sc or B.sc in Mechatronics or equivalent university degree
5 years of experience in component development and supplier management
Experience in dimensioning of electrical components such as Busbars, Contactors and Fuses
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Swedish is a plus
Experience in automotive High Voltage electrical systems and power distribution
Experience in HV standards (China Battery GB standards, UNEC R100 and IEC-, SAE-, ISO- battery standards)
Basic knowledge in safety aspects of battery design
