Lead UI Designer

10 Chambers is a fully-funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative, and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games. We have just recently released GTFO, a co-op FPS game and are about to start working on the next project.
10 Chambers is looking for a talented and multi-skilled Lead UI Designer with an interest in games, graphic design, and a big passion for great user experiences. In this role, you will, in time, lead a small team of designers in creating and executing UI for different projects. As a Lead UI designer you will, together with your team, make sure to create visually appealing, user-friendly, UI art assets that are logically connected to our style, at a great standard.
Your focus will be to design, create and implement the UI for different projects, to fit the game as well as its audience. Together with our Art Director you will both set the UI style as well as lead the UI team. We, therefore, believe you have a solid management background with required skills to offer great guidance to the team.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of UI-design experience in the Games Industry
Excellent command of English (Swedish is not a requirement)
Good understanding and interest in UX design
Problem-solving and open-minded with a desire to build and grow a well-functioning team
Very strong collaboration and communication skills
An ability to decode game designs and visualize them effectively
Experience implementing UI content in a game engine

Bonus Qualifications
Previous experience of working with AAA-games
Skills in animation and Visual FX
Experience with working in Unity
