The Creative Hub, located in central Malmö Sweden, is responsible for creating global advertising and communication for IKEA. We are 25 ambitious (as well as friendly and fun!) communication professionals; creatives, planners and project leaders, working everyday to create great IKEA communication

ASSIGNMENT
The Creative Hub creates the majority of global communication for IKEA. This includes a number of digital platforms as well as other media. The assignments are very varied - but they have the need for strong user experience knowledge in common. That's why we're looking for a lead UX designer.

A major responsibility for the lead UX designer at the Creative Hub will be to identify and develop strategic design solutions and execute creative concepts.

You'll be championing and building customer journey mapping competences both in the creative teams and for the wider IKEA organizations. You crave staying up to date with the latest UX methods and trends and have a burning desire to share your knowledge and inspiration.

Desired skills and experience
- 10 years+ experience within the UX design (planning and executing research)
- You are by nature a mentor and a leader
- Excellent understanding of people behaviour and excellent knowledge of customer journey mapping.
- Master different methods of user research, conceptual proto-typing, and user experience testing
- Great communicator with excellent skills in documenting insights and UX concepts
- Experienced in collaborating with designers and developers.
- High conceptual and creative abilities
- Experienced design workshop facilitator
- You are always looking for better ways of supporting business, projects and people.

We expect you to be a team player with an intuitive feel for what's working. Obviously you always feel the need to verify hypothesis by putting them to the test. You feel as at home whether it's analysing customer behaviour, doing research or leading design development.
