The number of projects has grown rapidly lately therefore we’re now looking for a new Visual Designer to join our design team.
The Tactel design team
A world that already has everything, needs less. The one who understands more, can deliver less. To create a great service you need to know why and for whom. Therefore all our projects starts with insights, and in turn, insights always starts with empathy. And it is here you come into the picture.
The Tactel design team is a group of 15 (ish) happy and passionate designers with a wide set of skills. Together with this team you’ll be creating, leading and maintaining a holistic product and design vision throughout our projects.
What you will do
Working as a designer at Tactel means that you’ll get to dig deep into many different areas like interaction and visual design. You’ll be doing a variety of things ranging from brainstorming and creating concepts for new innovating services and products, to contributing or leading the design of a new digital product for an international airline. Your role will also include offering your UX expertise in sales situations.
You will also create, prepare and lead local and international customer workshops, in order to drive, inspire and challenge the participants to create innovative solutions. In order to successfully do so you will adjust your approach and techniques depending on the people and culture you encounter.
What we think you need to have to succeed in this role:
- A solid UX background with strategic skills and understanding of client goals
- Documented experience in user-centered activities such as service design projects, interviews, and user testing
- Experience in planning and leading remote and live workshops in international environments
- Outstanding communication skills and responsiveness to the people around you
- Ability to explain your design objectively and convincingly in a way that is easy for anyone to understand
- Leadership skills that allow you to lead and take clear decisions
- Native or bilingual English, and Swedish
