Who you are: 
You are an experienced UX lead who still enjoys working with all phases of the design process. You are a natural leader and doer with excellent communication skills.
· At least 6 years’ experience as a UX designer working with digital services (previous experience with web and e-commerce is meriting)
· 2 years or more of experience as a design lead and very much look forward to taking on another leading role
· A high level of self-leadership
· Excellent communication skills (English is required, Swedish is a bonus) 
· Curiosity to understand user behaviors and needs
· Comfortable starting from a fuzzy unknown state, noticing opportunities, and finding direction and momentum forward
· Team player 
· Agile mindset (test-learn-modify) 
· Familiar with UI design
· You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us. A link to your online portfolio, or a PDF, is required. Applications without a portfolio are unlikely to be considered.

What you will do:
As Lead UX designer for Husqvarna.com, including e-commerce, for our Forest and Garden division you will drive all parts of the project and do what it takes to deliver great insights and experiences for the users. You will collaborate closely with product management, users and other stake holders making sure scope, and clearly defined goals, are continuously set to ensure a user-centric way of working. You will solve problems at all levels of detail: from high level concepts to the nitty-gritty including activities like:
· User research, and usability testing 
· Turn research into insights and formulate user goals
· Work together with product management to set goals and follow up on goals as well as a roadmap
· Concept design
· Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops
· Chair/lead UX projects including continuous WoW improvements
· Share insights and knowledge with the organization

Location
We have offices in Huskvarna, Jonsered or Stockholm. Our work is mixed – we work from the office, from home and travel to our other sites within Sweden. We believe that wonderful things happens when we meet and spend at least three days a week at one of our offices in Sweden.
