Lead UX Designer at Avinode Group // Gothenburg

Our journey started as a thesis project at Chalmers University and developed into the fast growing Avinode Group, disrupting an entire industry by moving business aviation online. Today, we build the essential tools for air charter brokers, operators, and flight departments; an expanding suite of applications that have changed the course of the business aviation industry. We are 100 “Noders” spread between Gothenburg, Miami and Portland, who always leave things better than we found them. Especially software. We are now searching for you: a UX Designer and an awesome leader.

As Lead UX Designer
You can make a difference! Here, you will help us take the next step in building a strong Product and UX team - coach other UX Designers to continually sharpen their skills while also work as a UX Designer in one of our product teams. Yes, you heard it right. You will have one foot in one of our product teams improving a global marketplace, and one foot in the UX team as a leader and coach. But most importantly: both feet are on solid ground with exceptional people skills. We can't wait to see you change and improve how we work with UX while also keeping us aligned to coherent user experience across the product portfolio.

You have worked, successfully, as a UX Designer before
Worked in a coaching role before
Fluent in English - a must in this role
A mindset for design systems, service design, and design thinking
