WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

This is one of the most important times in our history as we transform into a truly digital Ingka Group, and it’s now more important than ever to build a stronger, more connected and better equipped leadership community.
You will have minimum 8-10 year’s experience in the leadership development field and importantly have been able to demonstrate this within an international setting. It’s particularly important to be able so show your impact and influence; your track record of success in setting a strategic direction, conceptualising leadership development and taking it through to implementation. You make a difference with your thought leadership both externally and internally connected to taking the business lead needed.
Beside this extensive experience in both leadership and change management, you will be commercially driven and have a strong focus on performance and juggling many things at once will be something that you enjoy. Naturally curious, you will challenge with new thinking, new approaches and new solutions, and will work as an interdependent leader to ensure our collaboration and co-creation is at the forefront of how we ensure business needs are met.
You will be a role model for leadership and have experience in leading your own global team of senior experts to deliver strategic goals and objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be a thought leader and sparring partner to our Group Management ensuring that we are at the forefront of leadership and change, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for leading a small team of Leadership Development experts, to define, design and develop our leadership capabilities and behaviours in line with business needs, market trends, latest developments and cutting-edge research.
You will develop and implement our Ingka Group Leadership Framework, including the provision of tools and solutions to ensure we can take our leadership to the next level to deliver to our Retail Direction. As such, you will deliver global leadership and change programmes, ensuring scalability through appropriate delivery methods (e.g. virtual, on demand, blended learning etc).
As we continue to focus on high performance you will design and deliver performance management strategies and partner seamlessly with the business to ensure synergies and standardisation of our key leadership initiatives. At the same time balancing our values, which are the beating heart of the Ingka Group.
You will make data driven decisions to determine leadership learning gaps and develop and deliver coaching plans to ensure we meet our ambitious leadership goals.
You will be located in Malmö, Sweden, and report to our Talent Manager.
