WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

This is one of the most important times in our history as we transform into a truly digital Ingka Group, and it’s now more important than ever to build a stronger, more connected and better equipped leadership community.


You will have a minimum 5 years’ senior experience in the leadership development field and must have the ability to demonstrate this within an international setting. You are able to conceptualise leadership development, show impact and influence and take it through to implementation. You are great at translating business needs to leadership development activities supporting the organization for the benefit of our customers. You make a difference, build strong networks, make things happen and are used to work with cross function projects.


Beside this extensive experience in both leadership and change management, you will be commercially driven and have a strong focus on performance. Naturally curious, you will challenge with new thinking, new approaches and new solutions, and will work as an interdependent leader to ensure our collaboration and co-creation is at the forefront of how we ensure business needs are met.


In the position as Leadership Development Leader you will be leading different focus areas within this topic. We want you to be an experienced leader, to understand what the challenges is to lead others! This will support you to contribute fully in this role.


Finally, you always have the IKEA Culture and Values at heart and act as a true ambassador in everything you do and decide.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible to contribute to the Leadership and Change teams work in defining, designing and developing our leadership capabilities and behaviours in line with business needs, market trends, latest developments and cutting-edge research.


You will contribute to the development and implementation of ways-of-working with leadership, including the provision of tools and solutions to ensure we can take our leadership to the next level, delivering to our Retail Direction. As such, you will deliver global leadership and change solutions, ensuring scalability through appropriate delivery methods (e.g. virtual, on demand, blended learning etc).


You will partner seamlessly with the business to ensure synergies and standardisation of our key leadership initiatives. At the same time balancing our values, which are the beating heart of the Ingka Group. You will make data driven decisions to determine leadership learning gaps and develop and deliver coaching plans to ensure we meet our ambitious leadership goals.


This position will be in Malmö, Sweden, and report to our Leadership & Change Manager.
