• Good understanding of process design principles
• Strong collaboration skills
• Capability to contribute to a holistic talent development vision
• Experience of working within performance management processes either on country or group level
• +5 year of experience within people and culture
• International experience preferred
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Leadership & Change team you will have the opportunity to contribute in developing and implementing a new performance management approach at Ingka. We are looking for a curious leader to help us develop our global ways of working, digitise our processes, and build improved co-worker journeys that will allow us to strengthen our feedback culture and establish continuous individual & team feedback loops. Within the People Operations Transformation (POT), you will help us transform into a lean and agile IKEA fit for growth. You will have the opportunity to simplify, digitalize and automate people processes that result in better co-worker experiences globally. In partnership with Group Leadership & Change and the pilot countries, you will support the development of the foundation for how we simplify and digitise our ways of working for the Ingka generations to come. All POT related roles are expected to work cross functional areas when needed, supporting the critical part of deliverables.


Assignments:


• Support the development of our co-worker’s journey related to performance management.
• Responsible to clarify conceptual questions connected to performance management to provide pre-requisites for the digital transformation
• Contribute to the wished co-worker experience and service delivery design in the area of performance management.
• Engage and partner with markets to both understand their individual needs and support implementation of all above into the local teams
• Support in the development and train P&C organisations globally on our tools and methods.
• Keep up to date with best practice on the market for different solutions and processes.
• Support the development, definitions and creation of an overview of our ways of working with performance management.


This role will be part of Leadership and Change team and the contract is full time temporary for two years. Location is Malmö but due to the COVID19-pandemic, this is flexible.
