Global L&D
Global Learning & Development is responsible for designing and deploying Leadership Development, Expect Education and Online learning across Telenor's Business Units in Asia and Scandinavia. Our two main products are Telenor Campus and Telenor Academy. Global L&D is a virtual team consisting of L&D professionals located in all Telenor BUs.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for design and delivery of leadership development programmes in Telenor Academy. You will get to work closely with all the BUs eg when running leadership development for their leaders or cascading concepts through Train the Trainer programmes.
You will join a highly experienced team, who is constantly renewing approaches to learning based on research and best practice. We are for example exploiting how to utilize new technology within gamification and online learning to scale learning. You will collaborate with world class vendors and business schools to ensure a state of the art quality level.
Who are you
We expect you to have an educational background within Organisational Development, HR, psychology or similar.
We imagine you have:
* extensive hands-on experience as leadership trainer and coach
* experience with strength based development for both individuals and teams
* natural flair for project & programme management
* knowledge and experience with agile ways of working and change leadership
* desire and readiness to travel. The role is global and requires extensive travel min. 50 days per year.
