Do you want to contribute to Vattenfall´s leadership development and take on a key role in developing and facilitating our new leadership model?
We´re now hiring a Leadership Development Specialist!
As a Leadership Development Specialist you´ll work within Business Unit People & Culture and be part of the team Leadership & Talent Development responsible for designing and implementing development programs and initiatives that help cultivate and strengthen the leadership and talent capabilities of employees within the organization.
You´ll work dedicated towards our new leadership model to develop and facilitate it in close collaboration with other developers and facilitators. Our new leadership model aims to set a common leadership culture and define a leadership framework applicable for all Vattenfall leaders. Your responsibility is initially to help co-create the leadership model and framework and designing effective ways of implementing that in our organization. You will also be instrumental in delivering this to our organization and in doing so you will conduct needs assessments, creating learning interventions and resources, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. You´ll work with senior leaders and executives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing leadership skills across the organization. Creating and managing an internal facilitation network will also be part of your responsibility.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator within top management teams, is an expert at leadership frameworks, development and challenges within change management. The ability to develop the suitable framework and translating it to concrete resources, competencies and desired behavior will be of great importance in this role.
The required qualifications for this role are…
Extensive experience in a similar role working with leadership- and team development.
Experience of successfully designing and implementing leadership frameworks, preferably frameworks such as Leadership Pipeline institute, SL II, Korrn Ferry or similar.
Experience working in a big, complex, international company and diverse multicultural environments.
Experience in building and managing an internal facilitation networks and educating internal stakeholders on leadership development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS, preferably SuccessFactors.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and in writing.
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation and on-stage capabilities
It´s beneficial if you also have…
Undertaken courses in learning systems, learning design or learning journeys.
Knowledge in VivaEngage or similar LXP.
Language skills in German or Dutch.
As a person you possess excellent stakeholder management skills and can anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. You´re a natural collaborator, and have the ability to create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. Lastly, it´s of great importance being action oriented and taking on new challenges with a sense of high energy and enthusiasm.
