What You´ll Do

As our new Lean Engineer, you will work and lead continuous improvements across the organization using Lean methods through our Veoneer Excellence System (VES).

Your main responsibility will be to ensure a successful management and implementation of business development projects across the organization.
As our new Lean Engineer, you will have a special focus on long term strategic initiatives, where you will assist the organization to define and establish best practices to implement Veoneer Excellence System Target Conditions to reach the long term strategic goals.

To accomplish this, you will:

- Support, train and coach both managers and employees in Lean methodology (VES)
- Drive implementation of strategic business development initiatives through agile sprints and rapid improvement workshops at the Gemba
- Create standards and training modules for the Veoneer Excellence System principles and tools

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:

- Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience in Manufacturing
- Experience in Lean implementation
- Experience within the Automotive industry is highly merited
- Experience in MS Office and Office 365


Education

- Bachelor's degree, or higher, within Engineering or Manufacturing
