What’s in it for you
As a Lean expert you will be the driver in our continuous work to improve our competence and knowledge within methods and mindset that creates value in our manufacturing processes. You will be involved in our program work and support our teams to define lean solutions for the global manufacturing processes we design.

You will ensure that Lean competence is developed and rolled-out across the organization. Also, you will contribute to deliver on overall business performance based on the thorough implementation of Lean principles.
As a Lean expert you will take both a strategic and operational role as well as establish collaboration with other Lean experts in the company on a global level. Your role is to support the global teams but also to act as a catalyst for change by developing our ways of working.

Do you fit the profile?
You have a Master’s degree in engineering. You also have we an organizational mindset and demonstrated and solid understanding of theory and practice when it comes to Lean principles and manufacturing processes.

You are a good communicator and can influence people to bring out the best in them. You are a strong collaborator who can guide and coach people on an individual level, but also facilitate collaboration in larger groups in a global context. Ambiguity and high complexity in the work environment are elements of work you find developing and stimulating.   
You have advanced skills in English, both written and spoken.
