LEAN Leader

The Schneider Electric Supply Chain Performance team is looking for a Lean Leader. You will be in charge of two Swedish sites located in Nyköping and Mora. This position is located in one of our offices in Mora, Nyköping or Stockholm. You will travel aprox. 20-30 days per year within Europe. This position rapports to IS&CTO director in France.

Your main responsibilities will be to lead actions on global supply chain for supporting ?Growth? initiative and for improving customer satisfaction. You will also drive performance improvement (Labour Productivity, Lead Time reduction, MBC effiency) by implementing Schneider Production System (SPS). Furthermore, you will support SPS deployment (training, coaching) in order to make autonomous the whole functions in their domain.

We are looking for a person passionate about efficiency and good leadership for spreading, in a collaborative way, Lean spirit into the plants. You have a strong industrial background (methods, manufacturing operations, supply chain). You are today a Schneider Electric employee and have the knowledge about Schneider Production System. This position will give you the opportunity to become a lean expert before taking the next step as an industrial management position within a plant.
