Role Summary/Purpose - Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive standarization, and simplification in a section of a wing-to-wing process.This includes providing change leadership Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods and tools across assigned critical business initiatives, main focus on the EU Model Plant Lean initiative.- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Lean strategy for process improvement. Essential Responsibilities Leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business.Responsible for major and complex assignments with long term business implication.Develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet the simplification goals of the role.This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.Serves as the Six Sigma methodology and tools expert for assigned area or team.
