The Role
We are seeking to recruit a Lean Manager who continues the lean transformation roadmap for the site, improves and implements the lean policies including lean leadership methodologies. You will be a member of the local management team and report directly to the Plant Manager.
Main responsibilities
· Actively support the lean culture at all levels in the plant based on continuous improvement of processes and quality.
· Audit lean performance and lead lean educations of teams.
· Support and track the utilization of problem solving and daily improvement methodologies in all departments.
· Establish procedures to analyse processes with the aim to identify and eliminate all possible wastes and enable value creation.
· Ensure the Policy Deployment usage and monitor compliance and breakdown of Bowler/Balanced scorecards from lead team to operational team (SP Teams, Maintenance and Logistics).
· Have well-established collaboration with colleagues in equivalent positions within the Group.
What we are looking for
· A university education preferred technical engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
· A minimum of five years' experience of international manufacturing companies with best practices in lean management having implemented lean projects and managed them successfully.
· Proven track record in leading and managing companywide change initiatives.
· Practical knowledge of lean tools and techniques known in lean methodology.
· Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken.
· Good work organization, decision making and consistency in action.
