Summary
We are looking for a local Lean Manager for our factory in Tobo. As Lean Manager in Tobo you will be located in the outback at a factory with around 200 employees, both blue and white collar workers. As a Lean Manager at Munters you will be responsible for establishing the overall objectives and initiatives of the Lean tools. Providing engineering expertise and support to other departments where needed will be a part of your role. Ensuring that all engineering projects and processes are in conformance with the organization procedures. Develop ideas for product/process enhancements and oversee the creation and improvement of new products and processes.


Main responsibilities
Implementation of Munters Production System in Tobo,
Training the Tobo organization in Lean and Kaizen,
Cost deployment analysis
Cost deployment improvement projects,
Perform value stream mapping,
Supporting in improving internal and external logistic flows,
Coach Lean Coordinators and management within Lean
Define & Educate and Training of Methods & Tools for attacking waste and losses
Promotes and lives according to Munters Core Values



Profile

Education and training:
Bachelor’s degree in production engineering,
5-10 years of experience working with Lean
Strong background in lean concepts in international companies.
Previous experience leading engineering teams.
Experience in Cost Deplyment
Experience in working with Munters Production systems
WCM, Lean tools, Six Sigma, Logistics, Waste and Losses Identification
Ergonomic concepts, standardization and waste (Muri, Mura, Muda)
Autonomous activities
Early Product/Equipment Management

Skills and qualities:
You have worked with Toyota Production System and understand the whole philosophy behind it,
You have good communication skills with colleagues at all levels within the organization,
You have good verbal and written communication skills in English,
You are self-driven, but also a good team player.



Location
The Lean Manager reports to Operations/Plant Manager and will be based in Tobo, Sweden.
