Requirements We believe that you have a business or engineering degree or work experience that can be compared with the degrees, experience from project management and a background from production, process development or logistics.You have excellent people and co-ordination skills and you effectively interact on all levels in the organization.You are a learner with the potential of becoming a teacher and coach.You have excellent problem solving skills and can "think on your feet".You must be confident, credible, and have the enthusiasm and ability to motivate others.You are also fluent in both Swedish and English. Miscellaneous As a navigator you will transform Sandvik Materials Technology's manufacturing processes world wide, as both Swedish and international production sites will undergo the same transformation approach.You will work in a project team, supporting the organization in design and implementation of the new SMT Manufacturing System.You will develop strong leadership capabilities with core knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (flow, OEE, performance management, skill building and change management).We offer successful candidates an extensive training program and an international career opportunity.The navigator team is strategically positioned, reporting directly to the management team of SMT.
