Key performance areas As a navigator you will transform Sandvik Materials Technology's manufacturing processes world wide, as both Swedish and international production sites will undergo the same transformation approach.You will work in a project team, supporting the organization in designing and implementing the new SMT Manufacturing System.You will develop strong leadership qualities with core knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (flow, OEE, performance management, skill building and change management). Your profile We belive that you have a business or engineering degree, experience from project management and a background from production, process devlopment or logistics. You have excellent people and co-ordination skills and you interact effectively at all levels in the organization.You are a learner with the potential of becoming a teacher and coach.You have excellent problem solving skills and can "think on your feet".You must be confident, credible, and posses the enthusiasm and ability to motivate others.You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
