Your mission
In this position, you lead a team of four fantastic colleagues and be responsible for our global training center. Your main mission is to create an ecosystem for learning and development within our Service solutions organization, aiming to support positive business outcomes and growth.
You work on enabling a strong learning culture in the business by:
Supporting company strategy in identifying and providing learning solutions for global capability needs within the service solutions organization.
Supporting the deployment of functional learnings.
Proposing and implementing learning solutions to enable the broader organization to access learning via digital platforms, blended learning, and train the trainer solutions.
The location for this position is Svedala, Sweden.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with experience within learning and knowledge from the whole learning cycle – how to design, build and facilitate learning and development initiatives in various formats, such as e-learnings and workshops. You also need experience from working in an LMS/LXP environment. To succeed in this role, you’re an experienced leader who’s been working with established theories, models and practices within leadership, team development and self-leadership. In addition to this, you’re experienced in project management in an international context and used to working in a global setting. Knowledge in the Adobe Captivate Prime and experience from working with service organizations and learning development strategies like ADDIE is beneficial. As we act on a global scene, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement.
As well as your background is essential, we’re equally passionate about your personality. You’re result-oriented and you display strong ownership to drive projects forward along with use of a pragmatic approach to achieve goals and deliver results. You have the ability to review quantitative or conceptual problems and situations, and you draw valid conclusions from data. With excellent communication skills and your skills to influence others, you develop and maintain working relationships. You should be a curious person who is not afraid to ask the necessary questions.
