Assignment Developing Business and People together is the key focus for this role - through driving and delivering strategic and operational learning & development solutions to the business challenges or problems tailored to the business context.Furthermore you are a key person in defining and influencing the L&D competence level in the future business surrounding for example leading and facilitate leadership program etc. You will be part of the of the Learning & Development matrix and contribute to the One IKEA learning & Development agenda.
