Learning and Development Officer

Arbetsbeskrivning

The Role
We are waiting for you, what are you waiting for? Can you help us in bringing out the best in our people?
Heimstaden is a leading residential real estate company in Europe and continues to grow. Through our values, CARE, DARE and SHARE, we create Friendly Homes for our customers, and a Friendly Workplace for our people. We actively work for a sustainable society and to create value for our owners and stakeholders. Currently we hold about 120 000homes, and we are close to 2000 employees across 10 European countries and a property value of SEK 203 billion.
What can we offer you?
We have a vision. We want to offer world-class development and ensure we give every employee the tools, knowledge, and ability to reach their full potential. Learning and development is an important part of our culture as we think that to be given opportunity to grow ignites people’s passion and happiness! Therefore, we are looking for you - an exceptionally driven Learning & Development Officer to come and join our team of fun, ambitious and innovative colleagues.
You will be a part of the Global Learning & Development team supporting all the countries (with a slight emphasis on Sweden). You will be located in Malmö and report to our Group Learning & Development Manager.
What will be your responsibilities?
Collecting training needs from the business to support development of annual trainings.
Ensure that models and methods are continuously improved, based on the latest technology and science within the learning industry.
Project lead or support group Learning and Development projects that are planned & rolled out across Europe.
Actively manage communication and administration relating to Learning, including Employer Branding, Onboarding, Employee survey (we are using Winningtemp), Leadership development, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging topics, with the goal to create a top-class Candidate and Employee Experience.
Administrate and execute blended learning solutions, develop dynamic learning sessions.
Manage programs for in-person, online, and virtual courses and learnings, administration, documentation, tracking and reporting of these in our LMS – Workday.
To succeed with us
You have project managed learning projects but are equally comfortable (and without prestige) with administration, planning, executing, and following up on Learning and Development initiatives and you enjoy working in an organization where there are constantly changes, and continuous improvements. You are structured, thorough, deliver to promise (actually, we mean overdeliver) and naturally wants to do better today than yesterday.
You have excellent communication skills verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way in both Swedish and English. Other languages are meriting.
You have successfully completed a relevant HR related qualification and you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a HR role with exposure to Learning and Development.
Last but certainly not the least, you are a people person and a team player who find energy and create results in co-creation and collaboration. You embody the Heimstaden values (CARE, DARE, SHARE) and are inspired to find new ways – with a positive and curious, can-do attitude!
Application
Please submit your resume no later than november 30, 2021. Since we would have liked to have you onboard yesterday, it is not unlikely we will complete the selection on a ongoing basis.
As a part of our recruitment proccess, we complete a background check before hiring, through an external partner company; SRI. You can read more about that proccess, here: https://sri.se/faq-kandidat-bakgrundskontroll/
