We need an amazing L&D specialist - We think it could be you!
On our journey in becoming a competence center, we’re aiming to set a learning strategy for our people to grow and be their best. To enable this, we are reinforcing the L&D function by recruiting two new colleagues to HR - L&D Specialist as well as Senior L&D expert. L&D belong to HR solutions team, where you get to work in close collaboration with experienced colleagues.
As L&D specialist you will play an important role on this journey by transforming learning strategy into development deliveries to our employees and leaders. When developing learning initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders, we think your coaching skills and pedagogic approach will help transforming the business needs into modern learning experiences.
With customer focus at first hand you use your great networking skills and business acumen to secure the activation and implementation of the learning projects.
What you will do:
- Run and participate in projects to develop and implement various learning programs that enable our business strategy.
- Develop and implement Leadership /Talent development programs.
- Tools for leaders in how to develop their teams’ competence.
- Collaborate with chosen suppliers to increase digital learning offering - learning platform as well as trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans to help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Hold workshops and trainings.
We think you
Have at least 5 years' experience in a Learning & Development role from several companies, preferably within a global context. You have experience of project management and development of learning development programs. You are up to date on effective learning and development methods as well as a familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices; digital competence and interest is a plus. You have good communication and facilitation skills and business acumen. University degree within HR, psychology or similar. As we are a multicultural company it’s a must that you are fluent in English, written and spoken.
