ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Quality and service experience team, you will be an expert in working with learning and development, to inspire people and companies to seize digital and use it to the max.
Tele2 is well known for its high pace, fast decision making, and ability to quickly adapt to change. In this role you will act as a learning and development specialist, delivering learning journeys, coaching activities and results that meet the business needs. You work intensely with our customer service partners and subject matter experts and of course closely with your colleagues in Customer operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Identify skill gaps among customer support agents and teams,
• Planning and ensure online courses, classroom training, practice and coaching
• Design, create and produce learning materials such as online courses, trainings, tests
• Conduct Train-the trainers
• Follow up and evaluate learning and development activities
• Actively develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We believe that you are a great project leader with high integrity and a strong self-leadership who thrives when making things happen.
You bring curiosity and an open mindset, love change and finding new ways to reach out and make an impact. With a passion for sales and experience from communication in digital channels, you most likely have a couple of years’ experience from sales, service or people department working with similar assignments.
We also believe that you are structured and an efficient doer, you are proactive and persistent with great interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English is required. Work experience in Adobe Creative cloud and Articutate storyline 360 is a plus.
