LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST TO APPSPOTR

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Learning and Development Specialist you have a key role in the company and will be responsible for developing Appspotr Academy. You will be responsible for preparing educational materials, exercises and course plans that will then form the basis for the teaching.
We expect you to plan and conduct training that is general and tailored to the customer requirements to both external and internal stakeholders.You will also hold in-house training sessions with our employees about relevant updates of our platform.
You will also spread the knowledge of important internal processes and visions in collaboration with our HR-department, such as introductions and key values for our coworkers.
You will be developing training and instructions for our upcoming platform, take ownership of materials and processes related to the training part. It is important that you like challenges, responsibilities, and driving things forward as well as thinking collaboratively to make Appspotr deliver the highest quality in our delivery to our clients.
As support, you will get access to technical documentation about the platform as well as very experienced colleagues who have developed the product so that you can succeed in your assignment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Responsibility for developing Appspotr Academy's programs and training for our app platform for both internal and external stakeholders
• Develop relevant programs and materials for employees, customers, and partners together with our HR department
• Arranging, teaching, and conducting training/education both on site and digitally
• Keep our customers, partners and prospects updated through continuous webinars.
ABOUT YOU
As a person you don’t mind if things change quickly and you are able to adapt fast. You are confident in creating a great learning experience, be it by holding appealing workshops, creating engaging e-learnings or trying out new learning methods. You are able to grasp new things quickly and explain them to others in a pedagogical way.
You have an understanding of the importance of remarkable customer service as well as a passion for training and developing people.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in working with training or related areas such as adult education, teaching or learning & development.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish and English
• You are pedagogical, patient and have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assume a flexible
•approach toward internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
• A strong “stage presence” and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners
• Technical interest

OTHER INFORMATION:
Scope: Full time
Location: Free location with office space in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. We apply flexible workplaces as a principle, which means that you can also live somewhere other than these three cities.
