Learning & Competence Management mission:
Our mission is to enable sustainable learning for all Scania employees and support the organization to reach its´ business objectives. We offer project management and consultancy to drive innovation and change within learning and competence.
We enable the organization to meet its´ future competency needs by bringing the outside in. By developing methods and processes we support ways of working within learning and competence management.
Learning & Competence Management is commissioned to work with customers from all of Scania's operations globally and is in an interesting development phase. We are responsible for process development, methods and tools as well as providing consultation services within learning and competence management.
To meet the increased demand for support we have established an expert function where the learning consultant is a key position. Today the group consists of five Learning Consultants and we are now looking for a new team member to strengthen our group.
Tasks
Act as an expert consultant and coach in learning and competence management
Process development, methods and tools within learning and competence management
Break down strategic goals to competencies
Develop competency based role descriptions
Support in designing learning solutions
Project management within the Learning and Competence field
Support in developing and designing new Learning portals
Run development and improvement projects within the subject area
Promote and coach best practices within modern workplace learning and Competence Management
Your profile
We are looking for you who have a great interest in modern workplace learning. You are driven by contributing to peoples’ development and with extensive experience in adult learning. You have a consultative and responsive approach and are good at translating needs into clear goals and deliveries. You enjoy working independently, as well as in teams and you have experience in managing and leading change. You have experience in managing both large and small projects and you are good at facilitating meetings and workshops.
We prefer that you have / are:
University degree or equivalent
Several years of experience from workplace learning and development in an enterprise
Well versed in the theories within the areas of learning, pedagogics and competence management
Experience of managing large and small projects
Knowledge and experience in the development of training and other forms of learning activities
Knowledge and experience of modern methods and tools for learning
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge in Swedish is appreciated
