We are looking for a Learning Consultant with the will and capability to lead the necessary competence shift (upskill/reskill and adapt our way of working to the speed of business) towards our commercial network. Our team's scope is Market Introduction (MI) project, product training, entering new markets, and eMobility.
As a Learning Consultant, you will have the role to identify customer training/learning needs and propose and lead competence-enhancing initiatives. We develop learning solutions that move the individual and organization to make Scania reach the next level of business results.
The solutions are designed to create long-term effects and comprises product knowledge, system and behaviors. We are changing our way of working in line with Scania's transformation to a solution provider, in parallel we work with lifelong learning and expand our digital learning landscape.
The position
Your task in summary: In cooperation with the business responsible from Scania identify the competence and behaviors needed to ensure that the business goals and required skills are secured in our commercial network. You and your team are analyzing customer competence needs, cooperating with subcontractors, designing and delivering learning solutions. Assignments could be within a large Product development project that should be introduced in different markets but also stand-alone assignments to meet other requests. We see more continuous introduction/value teams initiatives coming up and we need to adapt our deliveries accordingly. We work cross-functional throughout the Scania organization. International contacts are a natural part of the work and also managing supplier relations.
Your profile
We believe that you have previous experience in business development or a leading position. You are thrilled by learning about new business areas. You are understanding the power of change management and you get motivated to work to overcome resistance by using your well-developed facilitation and questioning technique skills. You have good insight into how the business is run in the commercial network and have good business acumen. You have a good ability to communicate internally and externally. It is crucial that you have an interest in learning and competence development. You dare to try in order to learn. You are a natural leader and can coach the team to success. You like to work in a team, sharing responsibility, offering and accepting help when needed. We believe in strong teams and put pride in succeeding together! You have a university degree ex. bachelor or master's degree in economics, psychology, or engineering. You can express yourself in English, both orally and in writing.
