To support this journey we need to strengthen our team with a Learning Consultant. Are you passionate about competence development and have a bachelor's degree in pedagogy, behavioural science or technology?

Tasks
The main responsibility of a Learning Consultant is to support the business by analysing competence needs, designing and proposing optimal learning and performance improvement solutions.
You will work in a group of eight positive and driven employees and several of the assignments will take place in cross-functional teams within the Academy.
Profile
• You have an interest in pedagogical/andragogical theories and principles, such as adult learning, learning styles and evaluations.
• You listen and communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus
• You are interested in new technologies within learning
• You want to contribute to behavioural changes - maybe you have been a trainer or facilitated workshops.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish, in speech and in writing.
