Learning Consultant, Health Care Sector

Your Role and Responsibilities
We welcome you who have experience of learning/adult education and project management to join southern Sweden’s largest yet digitalization project and make a difference to Swedish health care.In this role you will be the spider in the web and operationalize the learning strategy being set for rolling out the IT-system. You will together with the learning team help work streams to develop training material, set up training plans and ensure that end user training will be provided for 20 000+ end users in the health care section.
You will have a large network and daily communication with various people in the project.
Good communication skills and fine project coordinating abilities will help you to be successful in this role.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience of learning/adult education
Experience of project/program management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Language: Swedish & English
Education: Bachelor Degree in Education, Health Care or Communications

Healthcare Information Technology
Experience working with software implementation projects
Methods and tools for implementations of a standard system
Change Management
Clinical experience
