Learning Consultant in the area of Presales, Sales & Business Management

We are looking for a Learning Consultant with the will and capability to lead the necessary competence shift in Presales, Sales and Business Management to enable Scania to reach set business targets.

You will have the role to identify needs, propose and lead competence-enhancing initiatives towards the salesforce, presales functions and business management functions.

We develop business and data driven learning solutions that moves the individual and organisation to make Scania reach next level of result. The solutions are designed to create long-term effects and supporting behavioural change when implemented with the support of the management. A focus area is to explore and utilize digital platforms to reach a larger target group in a faster pace.  

The position

Your task in summary: In cooperation with the business responsible from Scania’s commercial organisations identify the competence and behaviours needed to ensure that the business concepts and required skills are secured in our commercial network.

You and your future team are analysing customer competence needs, leads assignments, cooperates with subcontractors, designs and delivers learning. You outline and evaluate scenarios and business cases for change and recommend options and solutions to together with the internal and external customer and cross-functional team.

International contacts are a natural part of the work and you will work with a broad network within Scania as well as managing supplier relations.

Your profile

We believe that you have previous experience from business development, maybe in a consultancy role or a key account role. You are thrilled by learning about new and complex business areas, and stimulated by taking insecurity to clarity. You are understanding the power of change management and you get motivated to work to overcome resistance by using your well-developed facilitation and questioning technique skills.

You have good insight in how the business is run in the commercial network, understanding of service business, sales or presales processes and have a good business acumen. You have a good ability to communicate internally and externally. It is crucial that you have an interest in learning and competence development. You dare to try in order to learn.

You prefer to work in a team, sharing responsibility, offering and accepting help when needed. We believe in strong teams and put pride in succeeding together!  

You have a university degree ex. bachelor or master's degree in economics, psychology or engineering. We are aiming for a diverse team and we will put high focus on your ability to learn, your unique experience and personalities.

We assume that you can express yourself in English, both orally and in writing.
