The position

We are looking for a Learning Consultant with the will to support our industrial business partners in their future competence shift. As a Learning Consultant, you will work with different business learning solutions and support in competence enhancing initiatives. The extent of our assignments varies between small and short-term activities to large and long-term projects. We see a substantial growth in both the projects complexity and our role coming up, and we need to adapt our deliveries and business knowledge accordingly. 

We need to strengthen our teams knowledge when it comes to agile ways of working and also within advanced analytics. We encourage applicants to bring that knowledge into the team.

To succeed in this position, it’s important to have the ability to balance between the role as business partner and being analytical and creative in developing learning solutions together with our customers.

Your responsibilities

In cooperation with your business partner within operations you will analyze and identify the competencies needed to ensure that the business goals are reached. You will develop and perform activities to identify competence gaps. You will act as an advisor for designing and developing different learning solutions for global and local purposes. International contacts are a natural part of your work and also managing external supplier relations.

Your profile 
We believe that you have previous experience within the Learning and Development area preferably from a business driven partnership with an industrial area such as R&D, Production and/or logistics, IT etc. You are thrilled by learning about new business areas and new technologies within learning and digital system learning landscape. You understand the importance of creating and maintaining professional and trustful business relationships. You are self-driven and motivated to overcome resistance by using your well-developed facilitation and questioning technique skills using a coaching approach. You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
