About the position
As Learning Content Developer you will work in the Global Operations team where you will have a creative and driving role within Talent Development.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the central Talent Development team, the local trainers, and other stakeholders. Your focus will be to create world-class learning material to accelerate competence development.

What you will do:
* Produce, edit, and deliver engaging, interactive training content in web-based and instructor-led formats
* Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including questions, scenarios, and simulations
* Develop and organize training curriculums, continuous testing and evaluation procedures and methods
* Drive content projects for their entire lifecycle from planning through post-launch
* Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver learning content in complex, global projects
* Grab hold of opportunities to refine and/or expand training programs and materials to better support customers and enhance our customer sales efforts
* Identify, promote, and implement strategies to improve content development workflow, ways of working and team efficiency
* Continuously interpret metrics to assess content and improve our customer experience
* Stay abreast of trends in automotive, adult education, and training industries


You and your skills:  
* Experience in designing and developing interactive, multimedia learning materials preferably from a contact center environment
* Experience in developing training materials in line with instructionally-focused learning standards
* Project management skills
* Solid spoken and written presentations skills in English
* Experience in post-secondary or adult education


To be successful in this role you are organized, driven and pedagogical, you have a positive “can do” attitude and see opportunities in solving tasks. Collaborate with colleagues and work across organizational borders comes naturally for you and you have experience from managing tasks where digital components are key for delivery. We believe you have the ability to transform complex business materials to fun, nimble and easy digestible learning experiences.
