Learning Deployment Specialist, Sweden
The opportunity
We are looking for a junior colleague (Associate, staff or Senior) to join our Assurance Learning Team in Sweden. The person for this role will have their employment in our Assurance Service Line but will mainly work with learning related task and the courses we are providing for our Assurance service line employees. The role is a fixed term temporary position with immediate starting date and end date in end of August 2022.
Your key responsibilities
Provide oversight of the local learning activities, including service line core technical curriculum and locally-driven learning initiatives.
Work directly with the Service Line learning leader to assess the learning needs and create plans to deliver the required technical and nontechnical learning in virtual and physical environment.
Promote a truly continuous learning culture within the firm and deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience for learners regardless of delivery method.
Oversee the deployment of learning in Sweden, manage the associated budgets, and supervise the delivery resources and utilized technology.

To qualify for the role you must have
Capacity to manage multiple projects, simultaneously, in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Flexibility to travel within and outside of Nordic countries if required
Ideally, you’ll also have
Knowledge of SAP/Success factors Learning module
Knowledge of MS Teams, MS Teams Live Event, MS Forms and Mural
