Learning Designer & Facilitator, B2B
Hyper Island B2B is looking to grow our team with a person passionate about facilitating and designing learning experiences that are true to our core design principles: Learn by Doing, developing Self-leadership, Learn to learn and Real-world relevant.

We believe that you have 5+ years of experience in facilitating & designing more complex learning experiences. It is a benefit if you have expertise and passion in the areas of Leadership, Collaboration, Digital Marketing or Innovation. We also appreciate the experience of Hyper Island methodology. At Hyper Island change is constant. If you enjoy that pace, are experienced in learning design in a business context and have a deep understanding of how digital is impacting organizations, you might be a perfect fit for this role.

As a Learning Developer...
.. you work project-based and with our open courses as well as business clients. Your main assignments are to design and adapt engaging learning experiences that meet defined business needs & learning outcomes, create learning materials and facilitate learning experiences.
You’re a creative problem solver, highly collaborative, and flexible in your ways of working. You’ll be reporting to the Team Lead Learning Experience, and work closely with our Hyper Island team as well as clients and our network of collaborators.
We expect everyone on the team to look for opportunities to bring even more value to our current clients, why you also need to be motivated to bring in new projects. Depending on your interest there are opportunities to take on product ownership for one or more of our products or responsibility for an area of business development.
The role can be located in either our Stockholm or Manchester hub. We are working with clients throughout Europe and sometimes beyond, which means work travel for onsite deliveries.

- Understand the client’s business needs and reframe them into opportunities for Hyper island to bring value
- Design and deliver experiential online, face-to-face and blended learning experiences for business clients & open courses
- Build trusting client relationships that are aimed at long term partnerships
- Have the potential to be a thought leader in topics of your passion
This is the Experience & Competence we are looking for
- Are an experienced learning designer and facilitator, with several years of practice working across industries and regions
- Have had a key role in organizations in change, either employed or as a consultant
- You are familiar with the language, perspectives, and priorities of various stakeholders in the business context (e.g. C-suite leaders, HR, leadership development, learning & development, marketers, creatives, etc)
- Have an interest in and are curious about digital transformation and how it’s impacting society and organizations.
- Passion for areas like Leadership, Teaming & Collaboration, and Creativity & Innovation.
- Experience and knowledge about Hyper Island methodology

- Marketing, design, or business education, as well as relevant work experience in training or education

- Native/near-native English skills
