Toyota Material Handling have started a business harmonization journey (IGNITE) and we are now entering the Implementation phase. Launching our SAP transformation program involves process harmonization, integration development and implementation of SAP S4/Hana. Together with our implementation partners at Deloitte we will harmonize our processes amongst all Sales Organizations in Europe.

For this purpose, we are searching for a Learning Developer to the Change Team, and we are looking forward to your application.

Your challenge

The primary responsibility of the Learning Developer is to develop the learning solution, defined in the IGNITE Learning Curriculum. You will work in close collaboration with both Deloitte and SAP learning teams, making sure you transform the basic content they provide into TMHE learning material. The learning assets produced will be used for both central and local change interventions therefore it is important to interact with the different stakeholders, Deloitte, SAP, TMHE Central / Local and adapt the learning solutions considering local requirements.

This role requires some experience within Learning development for an international audience. We are looking for a team-player who can live with a somewhat unclear start. We have a clear strategy set, but how to get there is going to be a challenge we tackle together as a team. This means that there may be quick changes of plans where you have to be flexible. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order and organization with an eye for what the end user needs.

The Learning Developer will work closely with the rest of the Learning team to create content, therefore a familiarity with design principles and corporate branding is needed. The Learning Developer also needs to have experience with authoring tools to produce a variety of content (e.g. Quick reference card versus video learning) and have a background within design of (digital) learning experiences.

Your main challenges will be to:

- Development of prototypes or all kind of learning solutions used within IGNITE Program
- Full ownership of the learning development process including branding, reviews, publishing, hosting etc.
- Learning Needs Analysis (central and local)
- Plan and execute the Learning Development Process


Business travels will on average take place up to twice a month within Europe, most probably less. Physical travel can and will be replaced with online alternatives when possible.

Your profile

For this role you need to have:

- Background within design of digital learning experiences
- Strong experience with learning development tools (such as SAP Enable now, Articulate, WalkMe etc.)
- Understanding of core Learning Development standards


It is preferable if you also have:

- An understanding of core Project Management Standards
- An understanding of TMHEs culture and organizational structure
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the program team


To be successful in this role you need to be self-driven, structured and systematic with a good ability to analyze.
