As a Learning Developer...

.. you work project-based and with our open courses as well as business clients. Your main assignments are to design and adapt engaging learning experiences that meet defined business needs & learning outcomes, create learning materials and facilitate learning experiences.

You’re a creative problem solver, highly collaborative, and flexible in your ways of working. You’ll be reporting to the Team Lead Learning Experience, and work closely with our Hyper Island team as well as clients and our network of collaborators.

We expect everyone on the team to look for opportunities to bring even more value to our current clients, why you also need to be motivated to bring in new projects. Depending on your interest there are opportunities to take on product ownership for one or more of our products or responsibility for an area of business development.

This is a role in our Swedish hub, but working with clients across Europe and sometimes beyond. At the moment most of our projects are delivered online or in Sweden, but for the future, this role includes travel for client deliveries.

Examples of responsibilities for a Learning Developer

- Understand the client’s business needs and reframe them into opportunities for Hyper island to bring value
- Design and deliver experiential online, face-to-face and blended learning experiences for business clients & open courses
- Build trusting client relationships that are aimed at long term partnerships
- Have the potential to be a thought leader in topics of your passion


This is the Experience & Competence we are looking for

- Are an experienced learning designer and facilitator, with several years of practice working across industries and regions
- Have had a key role in organizations in change, either employed or as a consultant
- You are familiar with the language, perspectives, and priorities of various stakeholders in the business context (e.g. C-suite leaders, HR, leadership development, learning & development, marketers, creatives, etc)
- Have an interest in and are curious about digital transformation and how it’s impacting society and organizations.
- Passion for areas like Leadership, Teaming & Collaboration, and Creativity & Innovation.
- Experience and knowledge about Hyper Island methodology

- Native/near-native English skills


Location

Based in Stockholm, we are also open to a remote work agreement.
