Learning Developer - Customer Fulfilment

WHO YOU ARE
As Learning Developer you will work close to the business to identify competence gap and translate them to learning need and develop suitable learning solution. We are in a shift going from traditional f2f and e-learning solution to a modern digital future facing approach, and we need you to help us in that shift!


For this role we need someone who has the passion for enabling people to learn and grow. You want to make a true impact for the many people, by making learning more relevant, convenient and contribute to a new and better IKEA. You are skilled and curious about digital and social media learning platforms and solutions.
You can analyse competence needs in close cooperation with our stakeholders and develop relevant learning solutions. 


You have strategic, tactical and operational abilities. We need an analytical thinker who’s good at solving problems and who’s strong in their communication and in their ability to influence others. We need someone who’s good and familiar with coordinating and collaborating with different stakeholders and with a strong passion for people.


If you have knowledge and experience from working within Customer Fulfilment in Ingka that is an extra plus! 


Maybe you work as a business leader today within store, central or service fulfilment and are very curios in learning development.


WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In your role as Learning Developer you will drive learning solution development within the CFF community. We work closely with business representatives, HR Business Partners, other learning development functions within Ingka Group. 


You will be:
  
• Driving the learning portfolio management process for the function from a Customer Fulfilment perspective in structuring relevant learning solutions into the learning portfolios in alignment with key stakeholders.
• Speaking partner with business units/functions on identifying competence development needs.
• Converting competence development needs into relevant learning solutions ensuring a modern, future facing, digital approach. 
• Responsible to cooperate with markets on implementation of learning solutions.
• Tracking, analysing and challenging the impact of key learning activities in the business.
