You analyse competence needs and develop learning solutions to meet the needs in a global organisation. If you are also skilled and curios about digital and social media learning platforms and solutions, we´d like to meet you. You have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Your understanding of business goals and directions is crucial in order to translate them into learning needs and secure that learning impacts both performance and innovation. You share our humanistic view and build strong relations in a complex, global and interdependent environment. You challenge ways of working with the customer in focus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as Learning Developer you will drive learning solution development within the CFO community together with five other highly motivated Learning Developer colleagues in a diverse team. We work closely with business representatives, HR Business Partners, and other learning development functions within the company. To meet with our learners and stakeholders, we use virtual ways of working, engage in digital collaboration and occasionally travel across our markets.
As a Learning Developer you will:
• facilitate the learning creation processes with stakeholders to secure game changing learning solutions
• design, develop and evaluate learning solutions to ensure an interactive, engaging and attractive learning experience – based on business and customer needs
• be a speaking partner to business functions, support them in defining critical competence development needs that will drive performance and innovation
• convert competence needs into relevant learning solutions, ensuring a modern, future facing and digital approach
• advise business owners in the planning and implementation of learning solutions in the markets
• track, analyse and challenge the impact of learning activities in the business
• report to the Learning Developer Leader CFO Group Functions. The CFO Group Functions include Finance & Business Navigation, Sustainability, Real Estate, Procurement, Business Operations, Risk Management & Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Investments, Tax and Treasury.
