WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for two Learning Developers with passion for developing co-workers and leaders in digital organisations. One position will be a permanent role, and one is a temporary role that will continue until the end of December 2021.
You are a strong ambassador for the IKEA culture and values. You have a passion to increase the digital interest and understanding among IKEA/Ingka people. You want to make a true impact for the many people, by making learning more relevant, convenient and contribute to a new and better IKEA/Ingka. This is your chance!
You analyse competence needs and develop, explore, and test new inspirational ways of learning. You are skilled and curious about digital and social media learning platforms and solutions. You have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Seeking understanding of business goals and directions and translating them into learning needs comes natural to you. By this you make strong impact on both performance and innovation. You share our humanistic view and build strong relations in a complex, global and interdependent environment.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus is to deliver learning opportunities in order to increase our digital capability and we do it together in an agile way in order to be relevant, fast and effective.
In your role as Learning Developer within Digital you will be engaged in:
· Building and driving excellence in learning needs analysis
· Developing learning journeys together with stakeholders and vendors
Covering competence areas such as:
· Product management
· Software engineering
· Data and Data engineering
· Experience design
· Omnichannel retailing
You will work closely with our co-workers, business representatives, HR Business Partners, other learning development functions within Ingka Group and Inter IKEA Systems Culture and Learning.
You will meet with our learners and stakeholders, in virtual ways as well as occasionally travel across our IKEA markets.

In this role you will report to the Learning Development Leader in Group Digital
The roles are based in Sweden.
